Soybean Oil Processing Plant The soybean oil preparation process usually adopts pretreatment and direct leaching process, and in some cases, cold pressing process is also adopted.

Soybean cold pressing process of a complete set of soybean oil processing equipment:

Soybean→Cleaning→Crushing→Softening→Rolling embryo→Temperature adjustment→Squeezing→Bean cake.

The softening temperature of soybean cold pressing process is generally not higher than 45℃~50℃, the softening moisture is 10%~12%, the thickness of rolled embryo is 0.4mm~0.5mm, and the tempering temperature before pressing is not higher than 70℃. If the ZX10 type screw oil press is used for cold pressing of whole seeds, no embryo rolling is required.

The traditional soybean pretreatment and leaching process is relatively simple. The advanced soybean pretreatment and leaching process can adopt dehulling, extrusion and puffing, wet heat treatment and other technologies, and can be combined with the drying before dehulling soybeans for conditioning, omitting the softening process and simplifying the pretreatment process Process.

Traditional soybean pretreatment process:

General soybean peeling pretreatment process:

Soybean→cleaning→drying→crushing→peeling→softening→rolling embryo→leaching

Soybean drying, tempering and dehulling pretreatment process:

Soybean→cleaning→drying and tempering→crushing→peeling→rolling embryo→leaching

Soybean extrusion pretreatment process:

Soybean→cleaning→drying→crushing→softening→rolling embryo→extruding and puffing→drying→leaching

Soybean damp heat pretreatment process:

Soybean→cleaning→crushing→softening→rolling embryo→wet heat treatment→leaching

The pretreatment and extraction process of soybeans should also be combined with soybean protein production, comprehensive utilization of soybeans, and extraction of soybean active ingredients.

Second, the leaching of oil

In the oil extraction production process by leaching, the oil leaching process should be the most important process. Whether it is direct leaching of raw embryos, leaching of pre-pressed cakes or leaching of puffed materials, their leaching mechanism is the same. However, due to the different pretreatment processes of these immersion raw materials, the existence of oil and the material properties are different, so there are differences in the selection of leaching process conditions and the selection of leaching equipment.

New technology of leaching

Polar solvent leaching process, using new solvents as grease leaching goal is to obtain higher quality grease and finished meal than using hydrocarbon solvent leaching.

Soybean oil extraction equipment technology:

1. Use ethanol as the leaching solvent

Using ethanol as the leaching solvent can prepare oil without refining from soybeans, and obtain light-colored soybean meal with high protein content and essential amino acid content, good taste and smell, and separation of phospholipids and vitamins. When using ethanol as a solvent to extract cottonseeds, high-quality oil and meal with very low gossypol content can be obtained.

In order to remove the residual ethanol in the grease, there is no need for long-term heating. To remove the trace solvent in the mixed oil, the conditions during the stripping of the mixed oil are not as strict as when using light gasoline, so it has an impact on the quality of the oil. Very small. After leaching soybeans with ethanol, the urease, lipoxygenase, hemagglutinin and 50-70% trypsin in the obtained soybean meal have actually been fully inactivated. In particular, ethanol has lower toxicity than light gasoline and hexane, and is less flammable and explosive during production.

2, use acetone as leaching solvent

Acetone, which has good hydrophilic and lipophilic properties at the same time, is one of the important solvents in the oil leaching solvent. Since the hydrophilic carbonyl group>C=0 occupies most of the acetone molecule, acetone has a high dielectric constant and can be miscible with water in any ratio. There are also two powerful hydrophobic methyl groups in the acetone molecule—CH3, so it can be mixed with vegetable oil in any ratio. It is an excellent solvent for vegetable oil leaching. Another advantage of acetone as a solvent is that it can easily separate grease from acetone by diluting with water.

Using the duality of the properties of acetone, the cottonseed is leached to obtain high-quality oil and cottonseed meal from the cottonseed, as well as gossypol and other non-fatty substances. In this regard, the most extensive and most basic research work was carried out by the Soviet All-Soviet Oil Research Institute from 1966 to 1969. The research content includes the application of a combined process of solid-liquid and liquid-liquid extraction, selective leaching of cottonseeds with acetone, and then concentration and refining of the mixed oil with aqueous acetone solutions of different concentrations. Figure 3-3.30 shows this process. Using this process, sunflower oil, cottonseed oil, linseed oil and soybean oil have been obtained in laboratories and semi-production facilities that have reached the required acid value and phospholipid content after refining. Sunflower oil has also reached refined oil in terms of color and luster. (Sunflower seed oil: acid value 0.84mgKOH, phospholipid content 0.18%, chromaticity 4.3 mgI2; linoleic acid value 2.70 mgKOH, phospholipid content 0.27%, chromaticity 53.8 mgI2).
