Working principle of screw oil press:
Scerw oil press is to make use of the action of mechanical force, the oil distributed on the inside and outside surface of the material embryo, by the screw axis push extrusion pressure, generate heat, get rid of the adsorption of the material embryo and overflow, this process of extruding from the oil is called oil press. Multi-function oil press can automatically press and discharge slag. According to the number of pressing stages, the screw oil press is divided into one stage, two stage and multiple stage.
The screw oil press is a new type of multifunctional screw prepress which is composed of a crushing chamber, a feeding device, a screw general process, a cake checking mechanism, a gear box and a motor.
Installation method of screw oil press:
Before installation, the newly purchased screw oil press should be thoroughly cleaned. Remove the main shaft, remove the upper press cage, and polish the outer surface, inner surface and spiral feeder with emery cloth. Grease should be applied to all lubricating parts and the type and brand of lubricating oil added to the gear box should meet the requirements of the manual. After the round row is polished and clean, it must be arranged in the original position and cannot be misplaced, because the arrangement position and order of the round row have a great influence on the performance of oil extraction. After the circular row is installed, press the circular disc with a pressing nut, and the degree of pressing is appropriate for the disc to creep when pressing the oil. After the above treatment, the oil mill equipment can be fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. During installation, the belt pulley of the motor should be aligned with the belt pulley of the oil extractor, with proper position, correct rotation direction and proper tightness of the belt.
The raw materials are stir-fried in the wok, and then transferred through the feeding conveying into the screw oil press to extract the oil, and the waste into oil cake.
