Salad oil refers to a type of oil, which is now called first-grade oil. The national standard now divides the oil into four grades: one, two, three, and four. It is made from oil plants such as soybeans and rapeseed. The process is mainly squeezing and leaching. The leaching output is large. The main section is oil pretreatment (mainly removing impurities to make the oil) oil refining (deacidification, degumming, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing) to obtain lighter-colored grease.
Salad oil processing equipment This unit belongs to intermittent refining and has all the functions of intermittent refining large and medium-sized equipment. The salad oil equipment is composed of a set of combination, self-provided heat source, electrical control, light weight and low power consumption. Customers only need to turn on the power supply and tap water when they go home (a water tank with a height of 2 meters is fine), and prepare a little coal or firewood, caustic soda, phosphoric acid and clay. This unit does not require a dedicated workshop or foundation, and can be used indoors and outdoors.
Salad oil equipment process: crude oil→alkali refining→water washing→decolorization→deodorization→finished product
Salad oil equipment main features: simple operation, low investment, suitable for processing soybean, rapeseed, cottonseed, peanut oil, tea seed oil, walnut oil and other oils under 30 tons per day
